Minutes of the regular Town Board meeting, October 13, 2026 Present: Chair Margaret Lindqvist, Supervisors Tom Brekke and Alicia Moreno, Clerk Dana Whitfield, Treasurer Greg Halvorsen. 6 residents attended. 1. Chair Lindqvist called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. The clerk confirmed the meeting was properly noticed. 2. Motion (Brekke/Moreno) to approve the minutes of the last meeting. Carried 3-0. 3. Public comment: two residents asked about grading on Hollow Creek Road. The Road Patrolman will look at it this week. 4. Motion (Moreno/Brekke) to accept the treasurer's report and pay the bills as presented. Carried 3-0. 5. Road report: culvert work on Birch Lake Road is scheduled; the clerk will post the closure dates. 6. Motion (Brekke/Moreno) to adjourn at 8:05 p.m. Carried 3-0. Dana Whitfield, Clerk
