Why towns are moving to .gov email

- WEC has said: “All WisVote users will eventually be required to have a .gov domain for official email communications.” WEC also says: “There is not yet a set date for this change.” Source
- The state provides wi.gov domains at no cost, but says “Jurisdictions must obtain their own IT support.” Source
